Job Summary

- Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate is considered an asset
- May include but is not limited to providing companionship and social/emotional support to clients and their families sharing experiences accompanying clients to medical appointments grocery store and errands recreational and /or social events
- Assisting clients with plans for visits and outings organizing and reading mail teaching/performing meal planning and preparation
- Performing light housekeeping and accompanying client on walks
- Reminding clients to take medication and meals
- Companion services shall not include any personal or hands-on care
