Commercial Real Estate Advisor Airport

• Provide dedicated managementlevel support to the Real Estate team during a major airport expansion and construction program
• Act as an extension of the leasing and development function ensuring commercial objectives remain aligned with project delivery while reducing strain on core team resources.
• Serve as the single intake and coordination point for spacerelated requests arising from the capital program.
• Balance program requirements operational requirements and commercial value for current / future development optionality during construction and phasing activities.
• Improve coordination execution and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Support leasing and development activities impacted by the program including tenant relocations temporary accommodations and phasing strategies.
• Triage and prioritize requests based on commercial impact operational risk deliverability within construction sequencing.
• Act as a key daytoday liaison between the capital project team and Real Estate identifying and de-risking tenant disruptions and schedule impacts.
• Protect commercial value and future development optionality during construction and phasing activities.
• Act as the construction interface with tenants including coordinating and attending project site visits in tenant spaces.
• Prepare regular updates on project milestones key tenant agreement dates (e.g. termination notices) key risks and mitigation strategies

Qualifications :

In order to be considered for this position candidates must possess at a very minimum: 

• BA/BS 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 2 years of leadership
• Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background of commercial real estate management (ideally with aviation or major infrastructure program experience).
• Strong landlord-side experience including tenant engagement leasing/development commercial activities project management.
• Demonstrable track record of designing/implementing mitigation strategies to minimize commercial risk.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
