Commercial Real Estate Advisor Airport

Job Summary
- Provide dedicated managementlevel support to the Real Estate team during a major airport expansion and construction program
- Act as an extension of the leasing and development function ensuring commercial objectives remain aligned with project delivery while reducing strain on core team resources.
- Serve as the single intake and coordination point for spacerelated requests arising from the capital program.
- Balance program requirements operational requirements and commercial value for current / future development optionality during construction and phasing activities.
- Improve coordination execution and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Support leasing and development activities impacted by the program including tenant relocations temporary accommodations and phasing strategies.
- Triage and prioritize requests based on commercial impact operational risk deliverability within construction sequencing.
- Act as a key daytoday liaison between the capital project team and Real Estate identifying and de-risking tenant disruptions and schedule impacts.
- Protect commercial value and future development optionality during construction and phasing activities.
- Act as the construction interface with tenants including coordinating and attending project site visits in tenant spaces.
- Prepare regular updates on project milestones key tenant agreement dates (e.g. termination notices) key risks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications :
In order to be considered for this position candidates must possess at a very minimum:
- BA/BS 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 2 years of leadership
- Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background of commercial real estate management (ideally with aviation or major infrastructure program experience).
- Strong landlord-side experience including tenant engagement leasing/development commercial activities project management.
- Demonstrable track record of designing/implementing mitigation strategies to minimize commercial risk.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management.
Additional Information :
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
