The Opportunity:

As a Commercial Insurance Associate youll build relationships with new and existing clients identify their needs and develop insurance solutions that fit. Youll educate clients on what HUB offers maintain a high standard of client service and collaborate with teammates to grow awareness of the business and bring in new opportunities.

What you will bring to the role:

• Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain

• University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred

• Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial insurance is required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance is preferred although we are willing to train those with less

• Friendly outgoing personality with superior client service skills

• Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal

• Works well in a fast paced client-focused environment

• Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
