We are currently seeking Commercial & Corporate Lawyers to work with our clients at some of the worlds largest automotive retail technology consumer goods and professional services companies.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters with a background in one or more of the following areas: corporate governance supply chain government contracts/public procurement procurement or marketing and advertising. Candidates do not need experience across all areas.

• Provide legal counsel to business teams on a variety of commercial corporate and operational matters.
• Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements which may include supplier procurement vendor services distribution manufacturing technology marketing and advertising agreements.
• Advise on matters within one or more areas of specialization including corporate governance supply chain procurement government contracts/public procurement or marketing and advertising.
• Partner with legal and business stakeholders to identify and manage contractual regulatory and commercial risks.

• 4 years of legal experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate governance supply chain government contracts/public procurement procurement or marketing and advertising preferably with in-house experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and/or advising business stakeholders on corporate governance regulatory or commercial matters
• Strong ability to provide practical legal guidance and work cross-functionally with business teams
• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $00 per year and for non-attorney roles is $ per year.
