collaborative and innovative environment that abides by Rhodes Eight Core Values: are seeking a dependable and organized Clinic Assistant to support the operations of the Student Clinic within Rhodes Wellness Colleges Massage Therapy Program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people is comfortable in a healthcare or educational environment and can help ensure smooth clinic operations while students gain hands-on experience.

Position Details

• Rate: $20/hour
• Shift Time: 9:00 AM 6:15 PM
• July Schedule: Two clinic shifts available
• September - November: Up to two clinic shifts per week plus additional administrative hours each week

Responsibilities

The Clinic Assistant will help create a professional and welcoming clinic experience by:

• Setting up the student clinic environment before treatments
• Greeting clients and checking them in
• Accepting and processing payments
• Answering questions from patients and students
• Collecting patient feedback forms following treatment sessions
• Supporting smooth clinic operations while students are in session
• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks including:
  • Laundry
  • Inventory management
  • Filing and document organization
  • Other clinic support duties as required

Qualifications & Assets

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with documents and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with JaneApp (an asset)
• Their own laptop
• A personal cell phone for communication

Knowledge of or familiarity with massage therapy bodywork or related healthcare fields is considered an asset.
