Job Summary

Lead Client Success Management

As a Lead Client Success Management reporting to our AVP - Client Success Management youll play a critical role in strengthening long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers across global customer accounts driving strategic engagement and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.

  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with Nasdaqs solutions.

  • Create demand for Nasdaqs products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.

  • Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks opportunities and drive retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in account management client success or sales within a global or regulated industry.

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders develop scalable solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g. MBA PMP).

  • Experience in capital markets fintech or regulated industries.

  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $106000 - $148000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to: skill set experience education/training business needs and market demands.
