Required Skills:
We are looking for someone with: Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional approachable and confident manner Experience in leadership management business development sales recruitment client engagement coaching mentoring or another people-focused field Strong relationship-building and active-listening skills Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom Good organisation time-management and follow-up skills The ability to work independently and remain self-motivated A willingness to learn accept guidance and follow an established process Basic confidence using online systems digital platforms and email Access to a computer reliable internet connection and phone At least 15 hours per week available to develop the opportunity Previous experience within the personal development and leadership education sector is not required as comprehensive training mentoring and established systems are provided.
