Client Account Clerk
Job Summary
Process member benefit plan enrolment forms for all groups.
Add change and delete coverage in database system.
Prepare and mail out communication letters to members.
Track and distribute cheques notifications and invoices for EFT payments.
Provide administration for daily claims transfers which includes Cash Flow updates and data transfer.
Update members beneficiary spreadsheet.
Execute cheque deposits and mail out cheques.
Provide reception relief including answering coordinating and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
Respond to emails regarding members inquiries and concerns.
Liaise with and provide information to employees and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation including data entry document processing filing and distribution of materials.
Support operational effectiveness by prioritizing workloads ensuring data accuracy maintaining procedures and tracking activities in systems.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Completion of post-secondary education in Office Administration Business Administration or a related field.
Previous related work experience in an office environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures
Excellent grammatical spelling communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills the ability to prioritize and multi-task and the ability to manage time effectively.
The demonstrated ability to learn and master new software and technology
The ability to adhere to existing company policies and procedures
The ability to use tact and discretion to maintain information in the strictest of confidence.

The base salary range for this position is $40000 - $44000 per annum.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
