Class 5, 5- Ton Operator for City P&D High Level

This driver is responsible for completing local deliveries within High Level and the surrounding area promptly by carrying using a wheeler a pallet jack and a tailgate as required. They must be able to plan load and unload freight to a variety of customers.  A normal work week is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift. Well need some flexibility in availability to meet customers needs.

Start time is 7:00 am on the dock using a handheld device to receive freight and record any shortages or damages then load freight onto delivery trucks. Complete deliveries and pick-ups and return to finish your day on the dock loading outbound freight.

Qualifications :

• Class 5 license
• 1 year of City Pick-up and Delivery experience
• Electronic Logging Device and handheld device experience are assets
• Reliable and dependable
• PHYSICALLY FIT
• TDG WHMIS and Forklift experience are  assets
• Must be able to provide a criminal record check drivers abstract and 2 work-related references.
