Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking a professional Class 1 Night Switch Driver based out of Corner Brook NL.
The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic positive attitude and strong commitment to providing Superior Quality Service.

Shift: Monday-Friday (20:00-06:00)

Running Linehaul between Corner Brook NL and Gander NL
Communicate efficiently with the dispatch.
Operate the trailer in accordance with the safety regulation: company rules while following safety procedures and traffic laws.
Perform pre-trip en-route and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the truck operation.
Report any incident accident injury or damage in a timely manner.

Education Required: High School or GED.
Class1 drivers license with a minimum of 3 years of safe tractor trailer driving experience in North America required.
Clean drivers abstract and criminal search.
Night driving experience is preferred.
Familiarity with satellite systems.
Excellent communication skills work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. using the proper equipment.
Safety conscious.
