You play an important role in the department maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection ensure its accuracy promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

- Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment

- Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data

Seeking a dynamic CS&L CI to spearhead our efforts in minimizing waste and optimizing our supply chain and logistics CS&L CI Lead will also be the lead of our War on Waste initiative you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing strategies to reduce waste enhance operational efficiency and contribute to our environmental help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and execute a robust continuous improvement strategy for the CS&L function: to improve Transportation and Warehousing efficiencyIdentify process bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for MS Excel skills and experience building reports / visuals in MS PowerBiCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement best data-driven initiatives to measure track and report performance the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and foster a culture of continuous and deliver training programs to empower teams in process updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
War on Waste
Develop and execute a comprehensive War on Waste strategy across the E2E CS&L Finished Goods Raw and Pack and Semi Finished Goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for waste reduction and process data-driven approaches to measure track and report waste reduction training and awareness programs to educate teams on waste reduction best sustainable packaging alternatives and drive their with external partners suppliers and industry networks to stay updated on waste reduction financial and environmental impact of waste reduction initiatives.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Job specific requirements:
Proven experience in order management customer service or a similar role in the CPG -depth knowledge of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process including order entry fulfillment invoicing and payment understanding of supply chain operations logistics and inventory communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional in using order management systems and software mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Travel requirements:
