Job Summary

About the OpportunityThe Channel Partner Manager is responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue generation by developing managing and expanding relationships with channel partners particularly financial institutions accountants and bookkeepers across Canada. This role focuses on recruiting new partners nurturing existing relationships and collaborating closely with partners to execute strategies that generate qualified leads and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of partner ecosystems experience within the Canadian SMB market and a passion for building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business Youll Get to DoProgram DevelopmentDefine and develop the structure of the Channel Partner Program including the approach requirements and cross-functional engagement and grow the Channel Partner Program for accountants and and expand the financial institution partner Recruitment & DevelopmentIdentify recruit and onboard new partners including accountants bookkeepers regional banks credit unions IT service providers and industry and execute partner enablement programs that equip partners with the tools knowledge and resources needed to successfully position and sell Dayforce joint business plans with partners to drive lead generation pipeline growth and ManagementBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners serving as the primary point of regular business reviews to evaluate partner performance establish growth objectives and identify new business partner issues and conflicts in a timely and effective Generation & Sales GrowthCollaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies co-branded marketing campaigns and lead generation partner sales activity pipeline health and performance against established partners throughout the sales cycle by providing product expertise and participating in customer meetings when Enablement & TrainingDeliver onboarding and ongoing training on Dayforce products value proposition and target market and maintain partner enablement materials including sales playbooks product guides and demonstration ongoing learning initiatives to maintain partner proficiency and -Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales Marketing Product and other internal teams to align strategies and support partner partner feedback to influence product enhancements and marketing joint marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and demand and Experience We Value5 years of experience in channel partner management business development or sales preferably within financial services or accounting proficiency in English and track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through channel working with Canadian SMB customers and an understanding of their business relationship-building negotiation and strategic planning communication presentation and stakeholder management using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and partner management Would Make You Stand OutExperience within HCM fintech payroll or accounting software with regional financial institutions accounting firms and industry associations across degree in Business Marketing or a related developing and executing joint marketing and partner engagement initiatives.
