Blackstone is seeking a marketing professional to support the efforts within its Private Wealth business with a primary focus on Canada channels. This individual will own the development and execution of channel marketing activities that accelerate advisor engagement client acquisition and product adoption.
Partnering closely with Sales Leadership Global Strategic Partnerships and Business Development teams this individual will deliver high-impact initiatives and event programs that strengthen Blackstones position with financial advisors and their clients. The role will oversee the coordination and execution of marketing activities that promote thought leadership support product fundraising efforts and drive advisor engagement through targeted email communications and a coordinated virtual and inperson event strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic positioning planning and execution of the marketing strategy for the channel.
- Coordinate thought leadership and educational content to drive advisor awareness trust and adoption of Blackstone offerings.
- Help with the development and execution of Blackstone-hosted virtual and in-person events.
- Project manage initiatives through Blackstone and partner firm compliance approval processes.
- Manage the advisor email marketing calendar leveraging analytics to optimize content frequency and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing execution across digital content and event teams.
- Track analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience in financial services.
- Strong project management skills.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing crossfunctional workflows with multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality timeliness and clear communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with email marketing distribution platforms and data-driven campaign optimization.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or can obtain within one year of employment.
- French proficiency preferred but not required.
