We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support strategic transformation initiatives across Commercial this role you will partner with leaders stakeholders and project teams to develop and execute change strategies that drive readiness adoption and business results.

Working across a diverse portfolio of initiatives you will help teams navigate change manage organizational impacts and ensure transformation efforts deliver lasting value for employees leaders and the business.

What Youll Do

• Lead change management activities supporting Commercial Banking transformation initiatives with a primary focus on Lending Transformation and the modernization of lending processes systems and ways of working
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies that drive readiness adoption and realization of business outcomes across large-scale transformation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders executives program teams and key stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with strategic objectives and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain compelling transformation narratives that connect program objectives business outcomes and future-state ways of working for employees and leaders.
• Drive change readiness activities and establish readiness frameworks aligned to program milestones ensuring teams are prepared for upcoming changes and implementations
• Define measure and report on readiness adoption utilization and business outcome metrics to support benefits realization and continuous improvement.
• Assess and manage change impacts across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives identifying dependencies sequencing considerations and areas of change saturation to support sustainable adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Commercial Banking Risk Technology Operations and Transformation teams to ensure change activities are aligned with program delivery and business objectives.
• Support enterprise-scale lending transformation initiatives focused on simplifying processes modernizing ways of working and improving employee and client experiences.
• Analyze business challenges identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that drive sustainable organizational outcomes
• Help evolve and mature change management capabilities tools governance and best practices across Commercial Banking transformation programs.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of experience in Change Management Business Transformation Process Improvement Project Delivery or a related field.
• Experience within Commercial Banking Business Banking Credit Lending Risk Management or Financial Services environments.
• Solid understanding of commercial lending processes policies procedures and underwriting practices.
• Proven ability to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading change initiatives involving process redesign systems implementation or operational transformation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• High degree of initiative curiosity and motivation with a strong desire to drive meaningful change and continuous improvement.
• Post-secondary education in Business Finance Organizational Development Change Management or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
