From supporting exhibit operations to promoting community events you play a key role in ensuring every visitor leaves feeling informed valued and connected to AMA.

  • Welcome visitors and create a positive engaging first impression of AMA

  • Share AMAs history and Centennial story in a waythatsinformative and memorable

  • Support exhibit operations including opening/closing procedures andmaintaininga clean safe space

  • Assistwith retail transactions online orders and basic membership inquiries

  • Track visitor statistics support inventory tasks and contribute to smooth daily operations

  • Participate inspecial events school visits and community outreach activities

  • Assess visitor needs and connect them with the right AMA experts when needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma

  • 23 years of retail customer service or administrative experience

  • Proven ability to deliver friendly professional service in a public-facing role

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

  • Experience with POS systems cash handling and basic computer tools

  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently speak about AMAs history and offerings

  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and variable shifts

  • First Aid/CPR certification and ability to obtain a Police Information Check are assets
