This may be the perfect opportunity for you to support our Residential group by driving our conservation programs and nurturing customer-centric experiences. We want you to utilize your customer-centric vision to simplify the customer experience and leverage customer insights to improve the reach and satisfaction with our programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for residential energy efficiency programs leading program delivery through expert knowledge of program design policies processes systems and industry best practices
- Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs including justification and cost-effectiveness analysis
- Support program reporting forecasting and performance monitoring by analyzing program data supporting evaluation activities tracking key metrics identifying trends and providing insights to inform decision-making and program planning
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service operational efficiency and reporting
- Build rapport with external and internal program partners and offer support as their industry expert.
- Identify appropriate or new technologies/initiatives/design to support enhanced program offerings to reduce energy consumption.
- Lead the development of new program offerings from concept to actively assisting and supporting regulatory filings and activities.
- Develop and implement a strategy to further advance market adoption of mechanical and building envelope design for residential retrofits.
- A Diploma in Marketing Communications or a related discipline from a recognized program plus a minimum of three years of recent related experience in program development.
- Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
- Ability to work independently and with partners in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
- Confident analytical skills and able to confidently make decisions based on facts and data
- A get it done right and can do perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.
In this role you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week) subject to business or operational needs.
