Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients their families and care team members through clear and compassionate communication.
• Assist clients with personal care activities while promoting dignity comfort and independence.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation light housekeeping medication reminders shopping and household organization.
• Companionship
• Transportation Assistance (Drivers License Required)
• Observe and report changes in clients physical emotional or cognitive condition to family members and appropriate care staff.
• Foster a safe clean and supportive home environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.
• Assist with other tasksas assigned.
