Are you a current MBA or Masters student or a recent graduate interested in building a career in Risk Management

Join CIBCs Career Programs team and leaders from Risk Management on October 28 for an evening networking event to learn more about our new Risk Management stream in our Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP) for either full time or summer opportunities.

Risk management is an exciting career path for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems setting risk strategies and working collaboratively across lines of business and contributing to critical business decisions. It offers a unique opportunity to develop strong analytical leadership and strategic thinking skills in a highly relevant and evolving field.

The GLDP is a two-year program consisting of four six-month rotations and for the Risk stream all rotations are completed in Risk Management providing associates with exposure to a variety of functional areas. Throughout the program associates will build skills related to risk management strengthen leadership capabilities and develop their careers within one of the banks most critical functions.

Location: This event will be held in-person in Toronto.

GLDP program information

Full-time program: You have either graduated from an MBA or relevant Masters program within the last 2 years or youre an upcoming graduate.

Summer Program: You are a current MBA or Masters program with the ability to take part in a summer internship program in Summer 2027 as part of your studies.
