Title: Training Supervisor
Location: Simcoe ON
Duration: 12 Months

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation through employee engagement training and upskilling. This role is crucial to ensure continuous operations and knowledge support to all employees across all shifts. This role is essential in fostering a positive and functional workplace atmosphere contributing to overall employee satisfaction and productivity.

Who You Are & What Youll Do

• Plantwide training planning and execution
• Oversee training coordinators
• Off shift employee training and execution
• Liase with other IC sites to formalize training agenda
• Identify skill gaps and adjust plan according to production needs
• Employee experience
• Employee onboarding
• Present weekly updates to Leadership Team on progress and gaps
• Execute all compliance training
• Provide updates on upskill plan at various levels with focus on department specific metrics.
• Schedule and book external trainings required
