JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview

Provide production support for a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications (Salesforce Dealogic Capital IQ etc.) ensuring stability automation and efficient release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for front office users across global platforms
• Manage incident problem and change (ITIL) processes
• Coordinate releases bug fixes and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
• Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD)
• Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
• Maintain documentation runbooks and knowledge sharing
• Partner with business technology and compliance teams
• Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation

Experience Required

• 7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support
• Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred

• Scripting / Automation: Python (or similar)
• Systems & Databases: Linux/Windows SQL
• ITIL Processes: Incident Problem Change Management

• Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms
