Republik is looking for a Campaign Manager who wants to work with brands that take concrete action for the environment and society.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the strategy team playing a central role in planning executing and optimizing our clients digital campaigns. They must bring analytical rigour solid command of advertising platforms and a constant curiosity for digital trends.
Alright so whats the job
The job is to change the world through the Creation of Social Capital. But if you want us to be more precise heres a list of tasks youll have to do in your day-to-day:
- Ensure content is published in the correct formats with the right parameters (META LinkedIn TikTok Pinterest Google).
- Plan execute analyze and optimize campaigns across digital channels to meet precise objectives.
- Manage and control budgets allocated to advertising actions to maximize performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time and make necessary optimizations.
- Create and present post-campaign reports to document performance.
- Formulate strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and support clients in achieving their business objectives.
- Conduct and share market intelligence on algorithm updates and trends across social media and digital platforms.
- Manage community moderation across our accounts: answer questions encourage discussions and maintain a safe and respectful space on social media.
- Integrate artificial intelligence tools into working methods to improve efficiency the quality of analyses and campaign performance.

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in digital campaign management including at least 1 year in the agency world.
- Degree in communications digital marketing or other relevant training.
- Excellent command of advertising platforms: Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs and optimization levers (CPC CPM CTR ROAS CPA).
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4).
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to digital marketing.
- Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is essential for bilingual copywriting presentations and communications outside Quebec. As we value French this requirement has been maintained only after concluding that no internal reorganization would allow these duties to be performed otherwise.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of Asana Google Workspace Meta Business Suite and Pinterest.
