Description:

As a  Buyer you will support procurement and purchasing activities on a short-term basis ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement within a dynamic environment.

In this role you will contribute to maintaining smooth procurement operations helping secure quality materials and services that support our business objectives during your tenure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in processing purchase orders obtaining quotes and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Support supplier evaluation and maintain accurate procurement records.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying procurement needs.

Supplier Invoice Resolution address and resolve issues related to supplier invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field.

Eagerness to learn and develop procurement skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications :

YOU MUST HAVE

1-2 years or some experience or exposure to procurement or purchasing activities.

Invoice and accounting resolution experience.

Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

Familiarity with procurement software or tools is advantageous. 

SAP experience an asset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
