Job Summary

This is a strategic and high-impact role for a Business Transformation Advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy execution and organizational change. The Advisor partners with senior leaders to diagnose complex business challenges shape transformation strategies and deliver measurable outcomes that drive operational excellence efficiency and sustainable growth.

As a trusted advisor and change leader this role influences enterprise-wide initiatives by aligning process improvements technology enablement and people transformation. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement promote data-driven decision-making and enable the organization to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing strategic guidance on business transformation priorities and opportunities.

  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational strategy timelines and performance expectations.

  • Analyze current state processes to identify inefficiencies risks and opportunities for optimization automation and cost reduction.

  • Develop actionable data-driven recommendations and business cases to support decision-making and investment prioritization.

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide process improvement frameworks incorporating best practices such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.

  • Drive change management strategies to enable adoption minimize resistance and embed sustainable behavioral and cultural change.

  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure transformation outcomes and continuous improvement effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot test and refine processes ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.

  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations dashboards and reports to communicate progress risks and outcomes.

  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams to build internal capabilities in transformation process excellence and change management.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in business transformation process improvement or organizational change roles.

  • Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Agile or equivalent.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies including communications training and adoption planning.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis visualization and reporting tools to support performance tracking and decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Business Management Technology or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g. PMP Prosci CCMP Lean Six Sigma) are considered an asset.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
