The Opportunity

As our Business System Support Analyst youll become a trusted partner in enhancing the systems and processes that support a growing global business. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving business analysis and stakeholder engagement while contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency user experience and business performance across multiple regions.

This will be part of Micromine.

• Help shape the effectiveness of critical business systems used across a global organisation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve processes and business outcomes
• Influence user adoption and system optimization through effective support and training
• Contribute to business transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams globally
• Develop expertise across enterprise applications while expanding your business analysis capability

What you need to succeed

• 3 years of NetSuite or similar ERP systems supporting enterprise business systems
• Strong business process analysis process mapping and documentation skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• 3 years experience in technical support business systems support or a similar role
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to improve business outcomes
• A proactive customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities

• A base salary range of CAD $90000 to 100000 CAD DoE
