Business Systems Analyst Loan Management Systems Experience Required: 68 Years Role Description The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting business and functional analysis activities across Commercial Lending systems with strong focus on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Loan Management Systems (LMS) API integrations and Azure SaaS-based platforms. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define solutions and ensure successful implementation of integrated lending and cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities Perform business and functional analysis for lending platform initiatives. Gather analyze and document business and system requirements. Support Lending domain systems including: Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Loan Management Systems (LMS) Manage API and system integration requirements across multiple platforms. Work on integrations with third-party vendors and external systems. Support Azure SaaS and cloud-based solution implementations. Create detailed documentation process flows and system artefacts. Support testing activities including validation and issue resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery. Required Skills 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Strong experience in Commercial Lending domain including LOS and LMS systems. Hands-on experience with API integrations and system integration projects. Experience integrating with third-party vendors and platforms. Strong understanding of: RESTful APIs JSON / XML Integration architectures Experience with Azure SaaS / cloud platforms. Familiarity with tools such as: Postman Swagger / OpenAPI Understanding of: Data mapping System workflows Microservices architecture (plus) Strong documentation skills including: Business requirements Functional specifications Process flows Experience with: JIRA Confluence Visio Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in Agile and fast-paced environments. Desirable Skills Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Strong exposure to Business Analysis methodologies. Experience in Commercial Lending transformations. |
