Business Systems Analyst IAM

Location: Toronto ON

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 2 days onsite 3 days work from home (potential for 4 days onsite in the future)

• Contract Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension based on business needs and performance; conversion to permanent also possible based on business needs and performance)
• Pay Rate: C$76.00C$92.00 / Hour (CAD)
• Shift / Schedule: MondayFriday core business hours 37.5 hours per week 7.5 hours per day; opportunity for additional hours (must be approved prior to working)
• Travel Requirements: Not required

This is a Business Systems Analyst role supporting workforce and identity management including authentication and authorization within a large enterprise environment. The position is a backfill and project support role operating within a team of 27 people. The successful candidate will spend approximately 4 hours per day in meetings interacting primarily with internal stakeholders with minimal external interaction. The contractor will not have access to customer data. This is a great opportunity to work within Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Provide Business Systems Analyst support for workforce and identity management related projects including authentication and authorization
• Meet timelines and deadlines as a core measure of performance
• Maintain performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Deliver quality of work consistent with team and organizational standards
• Participate in meetings averaging approximately 4 hours per day
• Interact primarily with internal stakeholders with minimal external engagement

• 10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Very in-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Enterprise-level environment experience banking or financial institution experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Detail oriented

• Agile or PM certifications (PM certification preferred)
• Strong Agile experience

• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Agile or PM certifications are an asset

• 10 years of overall Business Systems Analyst experience

• Enterprise-level banking or financial institution experience

• Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite 3 days work from home; potential for 4 days onsite in the future
• Anchor days are fairly flexible
• Approximately 4 hours per day spent in meetings
• Opportunity for additional hours beyond standard schedule; additional hours must be approved before working

• Interview process: 2 steps virtual interview (approximately 30 minutes) followed by in-person interview (approximately 1 hour)
• Local candidates in the Toronto ON area are expected given the hybrid onsite requirement
