Job Summary

Reports to the Manager or designate the Business System Support Analyst performs a variety of duties related to accounts receivable and billing functions using a variety of computerized software and systems. The Business System Support Analyst also develops and maintains computer applications as a component piece of the integrated clinical system and electronic health record (EHR); provides technical support to Heart Health user departments and assists with technical orientation; and identifies system problems corresponds with Cerner and implements recommended solutions.
Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
