Business Development, AI Platform
Job Summary
Atlas helps software companies launch deep AI capabilities for their existing customers without rebuilding their platforms. Were looking for a high-energy entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to help build and grow new business channels across B2B insurance software. This role is ideal for someone who is scrappy strategic and excited to work directly with founders in an early-stage environment.
Youll be responsible for:
- Pipeline Development: Build and execute outbound sequences targeting senior decision-makers.
- Qualification: Run discovery calls to separate real opportunities from the noise.
- Strategy: Work with the founders to refine our ICP and messaging based on real-world feedback.
- Stack Optimization: Leverage modern tooling (Clay Sales Nav etc.) to automate the manual parts of prospecting so you can focus on the strategy.
Qualifications :
- Bias for Action: You move with speed and have a results-driven mentality. You prefer iterating in the field over waiting for the perfect script.
- Grit & Adaptability: You have the persistence to handle the challenges of early-stage sales and the flexibility to pivot as our technology evolves.
- Workflow Design: You dont just follow playbooks; you have experience developing outbound frameworks and workflows from scratch.
- Full-Cycle Skills: You excel at prospecting but understand the nuances of closing and can provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- High-Detail Communication: You are organized and collaborative with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into concise business-level value.
- Insurance and Startup Experience: You have experience in the insurance industry and at a tech or AI startup with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
