Job Title: Business Analyst - Senior - Primary Care

Public Sector Healthcare Experience: Mandatory

7 years experience as a Business Analyst on healthcare or IT projects

3 years experience working on medium to high complexity Agile initiatives

Experience working with Primary Care Information Exchange or similar healthcare initiatives to collect and analyze requirements

Experience creating and refining user stories and managing backlog with product owners and vendors

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines

Experience documenting solutions and supporting test script development for end-to-end testing

• Support Primary Care Information Exchange and related healthcare initiatives

• Gather and analyze business integration interface data and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects developers and UX teams

• Create and refine user stories and maintain backlog

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Develop business and system documentation using Agile methodologies

• Support creation and execution of end-to-end functional test scripts

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain documentation of outcomes

• Identify risks assumptions and constraints and communicate to stakeholders

• Define and track performance and customer experience metrics

• Support continuous improvement of processes and delivery practices

• Strong experience in business analysis within healthcare or enterprise environments

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems

• Knowledge of cloud technologies

• Familiarity with PHIPA and healthcare privacy standards

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• 7 years experience supporting healthcare or IT projects

• Experience working on medium to high complexity Agile initiatives

• Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems and workflows

• Experience with Agile tools and certifications

• Knowledge of PHIPA and healthcare privacy policies
