## Job Summary

Lead modernization initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate recommend and implement modernization strategies across business units. Act as a trusted advisor driving strategic planning stakeholder engagement solution evaluation and change management to support business transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services domain.

## Top Required Skills

* Experience leading project discussions stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering.

* At least 3 years of experience evaluating and selecting modernization strategies for different business units.

## Key Responsibilities

* Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups.

* Assist in the development of strategic plans.

* Identify emerging issues and industry trends to support decision-making.

* Recommend and implement solutions based on business analysis and strategic objectives.

* Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

* Help determine business priorities and execution sequencing.

* Conduct independent analysis and assessments to resolve strategic issues.

* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Design and produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.

* Develop and execute change management plans including:

* Readiness assessments

* Planning

* Stakeholder management

* Execution

* Evaluation

* Sustainment activities

* Track project metrics and milestones recommend resolutions and escalate issues as required.

* Network with industry contacts to identify competitive insights and best practices.

* Deliver timely accurate and efficient consulting and advisory services.

* Provide specialized consulting analytical and technical support.

* Exercise judgment to identify diagnose and resolve complex business problems.

* Work independently while managing non-routine situations.
