Job Description
- Support Payments and initiatives under the Payments Modernization program.
- Primarily support the Real-Time Rail (RTR) and FSRB initiatives (approximately 90% of responsibilities).
- Support Money Movement Sustainment activities (approximately 10% of responsibilities).
- Perform process mapping and business process analysis.
- Gather document and validate business and technical requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to support solution design and decision-making.
- Collaborate with solution architects developers and designers.
- Participate in testing activities including test planning execution and validation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain user stories story maps and related Agile documentation.
- Support the successful delivery of Real-Time Rail initiatives through FY27/28.
- University degree in Computer Science Business Management Human Computer Interactions or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience related to channels and payments including payment products.
- 2-3 years of experience within the payments industry with knowledge of clearing and settlement processes.
- Experience with APIs web services application design system design and technical communications.
- Ability to communicate complex information and concepts to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven team player committed to growth and continuous improvement.
- Experience in retail banking business banking financial services or digital experiences is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or core banking systems is preferred.
