Job purpose:

This exciting rotational opportunity on the Corporate Ethics team reports directly to the Chief Ethics Officer and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization. You will support ethics enquiries and investigations while providing guidance to leaders on risks related to the Code of Business Conduct and Whistleblower Program including conflicts of interest harassment fraud and reputational matters.

Job Description:

The role provides analytical planning process communications and supports leaders and lines Of business planning cycles and business activities. prepares reporting and ensures effective coordination and collaboration across functions. This role is primarily office-based with a strong emphasis on analysis customer support and operational execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a key point of contact for assigned leaders and business units.
2. Synthesize corporate priorities challenges and performance drivers to provide informed recommendations.
3. Prepare leadership briefs meeting materials reports strategies and business updates to support decision making.
4. Provide guidance on processes timelines and expectations for planning and reporting cycles and lead implementation of new initiatives.
5. Prepare and execute communications materials and strategies to support business initiatives and strategies.
6. Create maintain and distribute recurring business performance reports and dashboards.
7. Analyze data to identify trends risks and opportunities. Provide clear actionable insights and recommendations.
8. Support adherence to internal processes controls and reporting standards.
9. Track and monitor deliverables approvals and documentation required for audits or corporate governance.
10. Escalate risks issues and dependencies when needed/required
11. Implement standard templates tools and reporting formats to improve efficiency and consistency.
12. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new processes. systems or technologies.
13. Build foster and manage relationships with partners.
14. Support and contribute as required to the operation and performance of the business and partnerships.
15. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Communications.
• 3-5 years of recent experience with data insights business planning cycles and business activities reporting and providing coordination across functions.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
• Able to effectively exercise sound judgment confidentiality discretion and integrity.
• Able to build and maintain relationships.
• Effective time management skills.
• Able to effectively apply flexibility and identify constantly shifting priorities and deadline.
• Financial acumen considered an asset.
• Project management/project coordination experience considered an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SharePoint as well as SAP considered an asset.

Physical Requirements:

• OccasionaIIy walking and standing.

Working Conditions

• Standard office environment with the ability to travel to worksites as required.

The base salary for this role considers a variety of factors including candidates knowledge skills experience education and any applicable collective agreement requirements for union-represented positions.
