- Develop manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget retail audits sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy
- Direct all aspects and daily operations including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety efficiency and profitability
- Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch including hiring promoting performance management coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance
- Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received in maintaining inventory records in requisitioning supplies in accordance to sales projections and movement of product within market area
- Liaise with customers supplies division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services
- Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards
- 5 years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales marketing or branch management
- 2 years of previous leadership experience
- Certificate in Agriculture Agri-Business Certificate or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience maybe considered)
- Valid Canadian drivers license
