Learn more about us here: Day in the LifeAs a Collision Repair Estimator youll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process helping deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial inspection to vehicle delivery. Your day begins by greeting customers inspecting damaged vehicles documenting damage and preparing accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating communicate regularly with customers insurance adjusters technicians and parts personnel to ensure repairs are properly authorized parts are available and work progresses efficiently. As repairs move forward youll review supplements update estimates when additional damage is discovered and keep customers informed about repair the day youll participate in production meetings coordinate with the repair team to maintain workflow and help achieve key performance indicators related to cycle time estimate accuracy and customer satisfaction.
