Job Summary
About The Re-Seasoning Coalition
The Re-Seasoning Coalition is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the representation and advancement of Black Canadians across all levels of the foodservice industry through research programming and community engagement. We aim to continually re-season the industry to ensure everyone in it has an opportunity to reach their full potential.
Our work is guided by four core values:
Community building belonging and amplifying the lived experiences of those in the industry;
Equity developing programs grounded in fairness and continuous learning;
Innovation designing people-first future-forward approaches to anti-racism solutions; and
Expertise leading with strategies informed by research expert opinion and personal perspectives.
