• Fulltime Schedule -
  • • Thurs to Sat from 1100 -2000 hours
    • Sunday & Monday from 1100-1900 hours.

• Represent a luxury retail brand in a premium high-end environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong and professional security presence.
• Welcome assist and engage with customers confidently and courteously.
• Maintain a polished approachable appearance while wearing a black suit.
• Support loss prevention through proactive observation and vigilance.
• Interact professionally with high-end clientele and create a safe welcoming atmosphere.
• Remain attentive and on your feet for 8 hour shifts.
• Thrive in a slower-paced customer-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrate confidence excellent communication skills and sound judgment in every interaction.
• Apply previous security or loss prevention experience to ensure a secure and positive customer experience.

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR certification.
• 23 years of security or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Professional well-groomed appearance with the ability to wear a black suit (mandatory for this assignment).
• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Reliable observant and committed to maintaining a professional security presence.
