You are a specialist in a process workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures you will drive standardization and simplification of addition you will provide input for training materials ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. This role is offered as a 12-months contract with the potential to extend depending on organizational needs and performance.
What youll do
Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions in an exciting fast-paced matrixed environment.
Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates for high-volume and/or niche positions.
Build long-term talent pipelines to support business growth and future needs.
Leverage outside-in analytics and your market knowledge to guide and inform your hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
Lead and/or participate in Employer Branding initiatives that showcase Mondelez as an employer of choice.
Ensure a best-in-class experience for your candidates and internal stakeholders from application to onboarding.
Act as a brand ambassador effectively communicating our incredible company culture and values.
Support French/English translation projects ensuring recruitment materials job postings and communications are accurately translated and culturally adapted for bilingual audiences.
What youll bring
3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience working in a fast-changing high-volume environment ideally in food manufacturing.
Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction recruitment and selection.
A deep understanding of TA fundamentals including pro-active sourcing candidate pipelining and employer branding.
Experience managing various stakeholders and delivering with action and urgency.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and process adherence.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Sharepoint) and tracking KPIs.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS / ATS. Previous experience with Workday or Phenom would be an asset.
Completed University degree in Business Human Resources or related field
Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communications skills a curious mindset and digital and business acumen.
French / English bilingualism mandatory .
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday hybrid
Ability to travel throughout GTA
