Job Summary

As a Bilingual Receptionist you will serve as the first point of contact for employees clients visitors and guests. You will provide professional reception and workplace support services in both English and French helping ensure the day-to-day operation of the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are currently seeking a professional and service-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and welcoming reception services in both English and French.
  • Greet and assist employees clients visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to inquiries in both official languages.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services including collection sorting dispatch and distribution.
  • Support pantry service delivery ensuring pantry areas are organized clean and adequately stocked.
  • Manage office supplies including monitoring inventory placing orders receiving supplies and maintaining organized storage areas.
  • Support meeting room management including coordinating room bookings preparing meeting spaces and ensuring rooms are ready for use.
  • Assist with general administrative and workplace service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established workplace procedures and service standards.
  • Work closely with the client and internal teams to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

 

  • Previous experience in reception customer service office administration or a similar role.
  • Fluency in both English and French written and verbal is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a corporate facilities or professional office environment is an asset.
