Job Summary

Tittle: Bilingual EDI & AS400 (RPG) Analyst/Developer IBM I RPGLE

Role Overview:

Bilingual EDI & AS400/RPG Analyst/Developer responsible for EDI processing AS400 RPG development batch processing support and production incident resolution.

Skills Required:

Bilingual proficiency in English and French

AS400 programming (RPGLE RPG SQL CL CLLE)

EDI experience (TrueCommerce SPS Commerce Intertrade TrustedLink)

Batch processing knowledge

Debugging and ROBOT Scheduler experience

Free-format SQL programming

Production support & batch job abend handling

Good to Have Skills:

Octopus

ServiceNow (or other ITSM tools)

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve EDI issues and production incidents

Handle daily EDI transactions and batch data flows

Generate outbound EDI data and process inbound EDI updates into ERP systems

Manage EDI partner onboarding and certification

Support L3 incident investigation and resolution

Provide root cause analysis and permanent fixes

Work with client teams for incident triage and resolution

Maintain incident documentation and reporting

Provide frequent updates for P1/P2 incidents (every 60 minutes)

Ensure accurate incident/change/problem management updates
