Bilingual Disability Administration Coordinator Remote

Responsibilities:
Review and assess external communications to ensure compliance with privacy protocols and client-specific communication guidelines.
Apply a high level of attention to detail to help prevent privacy breaches.
Reconcile inconsistent or inaccurate information and provide feedback to case managers and leaders when privacy confidentiality or communication guidelines are not met.
Analyze communications and document trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage a group email inbox efficiently while maintaining quality standards and turnaround times.
Assist with administrative case management activities including email communications tool referrals and invoice processing.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Case Managers Operations Specialists Associate Managers Plan Sponsors and Plan Members.
Review information being communicated externally to uphold privacy and confidentiality standards.
Document findings and provide recommendations regarding communication quality and required corrections.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
Post-secondary education at the college or university level is required.
Up to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Teams Excel OneNote OneDrive and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with Adobe.
Ability to probe investigate apply critical judgment solve problems and take ownership of discrepancies and issues through to resolution.
Bilingualism in English and French is required to review analyze and support communications with internal and external stakeholders across Canada.
