Barista Overnight shift this position offers a shift premium

• Create memorable guest experiences with friendly efficient and upbeat service
• Greet and serve every guest warmlywithin 30 seconds of arrival
• Prepare and present coffee espresso and tea beverages to brand standards
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment including cleaning and upkeep
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for menu items and offerings
• Proactively resolve guest concerns escalating to a Manager when needed
• Support team success by helping train new team members
• Assist with day-to-day operations including stocking cleaning and organizing
• Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace at all times
• Contribute to strong guest satisfaction scores (Secret Shopper/SMG)
• Follow all food safety and regulatory guidelines

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous food & beverage or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
• Food Safety Certification (e.g. SERV Safe) is a plus

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 airport environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy setting with varying temperatures
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed

• $18.25/hour $1.49 overnight premium (12:00 AM 5:00 AM) tips
• Part-time Overnight shift: 10:30 PM 6:30 AM

This role requires a Canadian Criminal Record Check (CCRC) for airport access.
