Are you ready to be part of Reginas coolest independent hotel The Atlas is looking for enthusiastic Banquet Porters and Banquet Service Staff to join our dynamic team in our busy banquet and function spaces!

• Set up and take down event spaces according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) floor plans
• Fulfill all linen requirements for each event
• Execute on event details that go above and beyond the standard floor plans ensuring every detail is covered
• Execute client requests to ensure a personalized event experience
• Carry out BEO instructions with attention to detail
• Provide service with a smile creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of function rooms and support spaces

• Has 6 months to 1 year of hospitality or banquet experience (more is a bonus but not required)
• Is over the age of 19
• Is outgoing confident flexible and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working with a diverse range of guests and team members
• Holds a Serve It Right certificate (or is willing to obtain one)
• Is physically able to lift and move banquet equipment and supplies
• Has open availability or flexibility to work on holidays weekends and evenings as required
