Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Baker Mixer to join our clients production team and prepare high-quality products according to established recipes and food safety standards.
Shift:Morning (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to batch recipes.
- Operate clean and inspect mixing equipment safely.
- Monitor product quality and follow GMP food safety and safety standards.
- Record production data accurately and assist with equipment changeovers and sanitation.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- 13 years of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing is an asset).
