The Role

We are looking for an experienced Backend Rust Developer to design build and maintain high-performance reliable and secure trading software systems.

You will bring 7 years of relevant software engineering experience with strong expertise in Rust and systems programming. Youll work on performance-critical technology where concurrency networking reliability and low latency are key considerations.

What Youll Do

• Design build and maintain high-performance reliable and secure software systems using Rust.
• Develop and optimize performance-critical low-latency applications supporting demanding trading environments.
• Apply systems programming principles across distributed systems concurrency and networking to build robust solutions.
• Diagnose complex technical and performance issues identify bottlenecks and implement effective optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver maintainable technology solutions aligned with trading and financial-services requirements.

What Were Looking For

• 7 years of relevant software engineering experience with strong experience in Rust and systems programming.
• Experience designing and developing performance-critical and low-latency applications.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concurrency and networking.
• Ability to write clean efficient secure and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing software systems.
