AWS Architect Montreal

Are you passionate about designing scalable cloud solutions We are looking for an AWS Architect to join our team and contribute to the architecture and implementation of enterprise applications on Amazon Web Services. You will leverage your technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver secure high-performance and innovative solutions for both internal projects and clients.

Your Role within the Team
Design cloud architecture: define and implement robust scalable and secure solutions on AWS.
Collaborate with stakeholders: work closely with business analysts developers and project managers to align architecture with business objectives.
Ensure best practices: apply AWS architecture standards security guidelines and performance optimization techniques.
Integrate modern technologies: implement CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker/EKS) and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation Terraform).
Monitor and optimize: ensure reliability cost optimization and compliance of all cloud solutions.
Contribute to team success: work within a collaborative team of architects share knowledge and support cloud-native design patterns.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

What You Bring to the Team
Ability to work in both French and English
Proven experience as an AWS Architect.
Expertise in AWS services (EC2 Lambda EKS S3 VPC Security).
Strong understanding of microservices architecture API design and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline GitHub Actions).
Excellent knowledge of cloud security compliance and cost optimization.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (or equivalent) are highly valued.

Additional Information
This position involves working on both internal and client projects.
On-site presence at the Montreal office is required at least 2 days per week.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.

Use of the term architect in this job posting refers to the technical sense related to Information Technology (IT) and does not imply that the individual practices architecture or possesses the requisite license as prescribed by the applicable provincial or territorial architect regulator. We are seeking individuals with expertise in IT architect-related functions but licensure from an architect regulator is not a prerequisite for this position.
