What Youll Do

As an Automotive Parts Specialist youll play an important role in keeping our customers and technicians moving.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting retail wholesale and internal customers with parts inquiries
• Identifying and interpreting automotive parts requirements
• Supplying parts to technicians efficiently and accurately
• Managing inventory and receiving stock
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
• Building positive relationships with customers and team members
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient parts department
• Using industry-leading technology and dealership systems to support operations

What Were Looking For

• Automotive parts inventory retail warehouse or customer service experience is considered an asset
• Strong computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Valid drivers license

No previous Ford experience No problem.
