We are seeking an ML/AI Systems Design Engineer to design develop and validate scalable AI/ML solutions that support product development and system optimization. This role focuses on driving technical innovation implementing machine learning models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML technologies.

• Drive technical innovation to enhance AI/ML capabilities across validation technical methodologies and cross-functional initiatives.

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex engineering problems.

• Monitor evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.

• Document AI/ML processes models algorithms and technical methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.

• Develop AI/ML models for system validation and optimization.

• Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Develop prompt orchestration tool-calling workflows vector-store indexing strategies and end-to-end agent evaluation processes.

• Support product development solution definition and root cause analysis activities.

• Experience with system design development and validation methodologies.

• Experience designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.

• Experience designing and implementing LLM-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Experience with prompt orchestration tool calling vector-store indexing and agent workflow evaluation.

• Experience working with large datasets data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Understanding of AI/ML regulations standards and industry best practices.
