The Associate Producer willassisttheSeniorProducer withclient relations talent management payrolldeveloping/finalizingcontracttermsand project communicationskillsis essential to be successful in this addition to working with our producers the Associate Producer will also be in close contact with creative teams and is a full-timesalariedpositionreporting to theSeniorProducer ofThe Second City withacompetitivebenefits package retirement plan and PTO included (amongst other companyperks!).KeyResponsibilities(include but are not limited to):Provideexceptionalclient service on all assigned accounts serving as a key point of contact for clients and talent from the start to the end of each seamless execution and high-quality delivery of client engagements workshops keynotes and professional services multiple project timelines and individual processes simultaneously balancing competing priorities and ensuring deliverables remainon track throughout the project project timelines and budgets in accordance withagreed-upon gross profit margins escalating potential risks or changes as accuraterecords documentation and project tracking systems throughout the project agendas and establishclear next steps for internal meetings tracking action items and following up with stakeholders to move conversations and deliverables and filing all talent contracts andfollow upwith accounting payroll and unionsas advancing tech rider(s) with travel site support during corporate workshopskeynotesand professional services the Stages teamat the request of the Senior :Bachelors degree in arts management or administrationis highly recommended.3 years industry experience management experience processing payroll a with ActorsEquity Association an detail oriented (we arent opposed to nit-picky individuals!).Core ValuesThe Second City is invested in evaluating candidate alignment with the requirements of the role and desired qualifications as well as with our core values.
