Salary: $130000$200000 bonus

Our client is a respected boutique litigation firm in Downtown Vancouver with a longstanding reputation for successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Known for its client-focused approach and strong litigation results the firm offers associates the opportunity to work on meaningful files in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our client is seeking an Associate Lawyer with a minimum of three years post-call experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys managing files advocating for clients and working alongside an experienced litigation team.

• Manage plaintiff personal injury files from intake through resolution
• Conduct examinations for discovery mediations and court appearances
• Draft pleadings applications briefs and other litigation materials
• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain ongoing client communication
• Collaborate with lawyers paralegals legal assistants medical experts and opposing counsel
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements where appropriate

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• Minimum 3 years of post-call experience in plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation
• Strong advocacy negotiation and legal drafting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Professional compassionate and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Salary: $130000$200000 depending on experience
