Associate Director, Asset Information Structure

• Lead AIR (Asset Information Requirements) operationalization including detailed field-level definition and standardization
• Design cross-system information structures clarifying system roles and data ownership across platforms (e.g. EAM CMMS project systems)
• Align asset hierarchy structures with business use cases asset onboarding and lifecycle management needs
• Develop readiness and receiving frameworks including validation rules completeness checks and acceptance criteria
• Define downstream business-use logic to ensure asset information supports operations maintenance planning and analytics
• Lead Workstream 1 pilot reviews incorporating feedback and refining frameworks for broader rollout
• Integrate enterprise stakeholder input into the design and evolution of information standards and processes
• Collaborate with engineering operations IT and asset management teams to ensure practical adoption and governance alignment

Qualifications :

• 10 years of experience in asset management asset information management EAM asset handover or related consulting delivery
• Degree in engineering information management asset management or a related discipline from a recognized university
• Strong knowledge of asset information requirements (AIR) asset hierarchies onboarding processes and lifecycle data needs
• Experience translating information standards into operational processes controls and system workflows
• Background in infrastructure or asset-intensive environments (e.g. transport utilities mining aviation)
• Proven ability to convert technical requirements into practical implementable operating models
